2: HOW DO I REDEEM MY FREE 500ML ZERO SUGAR SOFT DRINK?
All you need to do to claim your free 500ml Zero Sugar soft drink is follow the simple below steps.1. Enter your date of birth and Country location.

2. Enter your details into the form and then “Click here to claim”.

3. Allow your location to be shared if prompted or manually search for locations to find your local participating outlet. If you don’t see this popup, please make sure your smartphone is set to allow location access on your browser, otherwise it won’t work! For more information on how to turn your location settings on, please see Question 2.

4. Choose the outlet you would like to redeem your free drink from. You can change this later if you change your mind.

5. An email will be sent to you to claim your voucher. Please note, you will need to claim your voucher on a mobile device. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk email first and if it’s still not arrived, re-enter your email at: thiszeroisonus.com/res…ail and a new email will be sent to you.

6. Within the email, you can either reveal your voucher or select a different outlet if you’ve changed your mind. Please note, your voucher will only become valid when you have arrived at your chosen outlet.

7. Your voucher will only become valid once you have arrived at the outlet you have selected. If you’re not in the outlet, you will see a message telling you “Your free drink isn’t far away”. If you see this screen, please go to the outlet you selected to redeem your free drink.

8. When you’re at your chosen outlet, your voucher will become active. All you have to do is “Swipe to redeem”. However, please only swipe when you are ready to checkout on the app, otherwise it may time out! Please do not refresh this page or click the ‘once you have claimed your offer click here’ button until you have redeemed your drink at the till.

9. When at the checkout, just swipe the screen from left to right, and this will reveal your voucher. Please note, your voucher will only be valid for an hour. Therefore, please only swipe your voucher once at the checkout, otherwise it may time out.

10. The code can be shown to the person behind the cashier or scanned at self-checkout. If your voucher doesn’t scan, please ask a member of staff to help, as they will be able to input the voucher manually.

11. Enjoy your free Zero Sugar soft drink!

3: HOW DO I MAKE SURE MY LOCATION SETTINGS ARE CORRECT?
To redeem your voucher, please ensure that the Location Access Settings of your browser will allow us to determine that you’re in the correct store. For Apple iOS1. Open ‘Settings’ app
2. Select ‘Privacy’
3. Select ‘Location Services’
4. Ensure ‘Location Services’ is turned on by sliding button left to right, so that it turns green
5. Scroll down to find your default browser (for example Safari or Chrome)
6. Select the browser
7. Ensure ‘Permissions’ are allowed
Chrome – Ensure ‘Ask Next Time’ or ‘While Using
the App’ is ticked
Safari – Ensure ‘Ask’ or ‘Allow’ is ticked 8. Restart your browser app and reload your voucher from the original email sent to your inbox

For Android1. Open ‘Settings’ app
2. Select ‘Location’

4: MY VOUCHER WON’T LOAD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We’re sorry to hear you’re having an issue with loading your voucher. Please make sure you have your data switched on or you are connected to the outlet wifi to be able to reveal your unique voucher.
This campaign uses the latest software and technology. This means unfortunately, if your phone is an older model, damaged, or doesn’t have the latest operating system or browser installed, you may not be able to redeem the voucher.

5: A MEMBER OF STAFF REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY VOUCHER OR COULD NOT SCAN MY VOUCHER. WHAT SHOULD I DO? We’re here to help! We’ll help to resolve the problem and make sure you receive your free 500ml Zero Sugar soft drink.

6: I ACTIVATED MY VOUCHER TOO EARLY AND DIDN’T HAVE THE CHANCE TO REDEEM MY VOUCHER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please don’t worry, we’re here to help. Please email our team at gbcic@coca-cola.com with details of your voucher and the location you tried to redeem your voucher. We’ll help to resolve the problem and make sure you receive your 500ml Zero Sugar soft drink.

7: I NEVER RECEIVED THE EMAIL WITH MY VOUCHER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
No problem! Just re-enter the email you used at the following link – thiszeroisonus.com/resend-email and we will send you another email so that you can collect your free product.

8: I’M SEEING AN ERROR OR ‘ALREADY REDEEMED’ PAGE WHEN I HAVEN’T SIGNED UP YET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please retry using thiszeroisonus.com as the URL in incognito/private mode, making sure it doesn’t say /already-redeemed or another message at the end of the address. Try a different browser or sign up using a desktop/laptop. You may need to update your browser or phone operating system.

9: MY VOUCHER WON’T SCAN AT THE SELF-CHECKOUT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your voucher won’t scan on your mobile phone screen, please ask a member of staff to input the code to discount your 500ml Zero Sugar soft drink.
